At Iconik Canvas, we are committed to delivering your canvas wall art safely, securely, and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All products are custom-made to order.

For Canvas Wall Art

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

  • After processing, delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Important Note

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote or restricted locations

  • Weather disruptions or natural disasters

  • Operational issues beyond our control

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or order refusal, re-shipping will incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

  • Iconik Canvas is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to:

    • Wrong or incomplete address

    • Inaccessible delivery location

    • Unavailable contact at the time of delivery

  • If the item is returned to us, it can be re-shipped after paying re-delivery charges.

Delivery Issues

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Iconik Canvas is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage thereafter.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery?

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please share a mandatory unboxing video, along with clear images/videos of the issue.

  • Valid claims such as transit damage, wrong product, incorrect size, or manufacturing defect will be eligible for:

    • Replacement

    • Exchange

    • Refund

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver your orders within the expected timeframe. However, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier logistics issues

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas

  • Bad weather or natural calamities

  • Government restrictions or strikes

  • Unforeseen operational challenges

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production or are dispatched.

  • Orders can only be canceled or refunded if found defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
