At Iconik Canvas, we take great pride in the quality of our canvas artworks. Each product is custom-made with care, and we ensure thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligible Return Scenarios

If you receive any of the following, you are eligible for a replacement, exchange, or full refund:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product during transit

  • Incorrect size received

  • Incomplete product

  • Manufacturing defect

How to Raise a Return Request

Include clear photos or a video of the issue. An unboxing video is mandatory for return processing.

We will arrange a return pickup from your address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent further damage in transit. Once we receive it, our team will conduct a quality check. If the issue is verified, we’ll proceed with a replacement, exchange, or refund as requested.

Category-Specific Return Terms

Canvas Artworks

All artworks are printed and framed specifically to order. Hence, returns are only accepted if:

  • The artwork is damaged during shipping

  • A wrong design, frame, or size is delivered

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

Note on Color Variations

Please note that minor color differences may occur due to lighting, camera quality, or screen settings. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the beauty of handcrafted and printed products.

Order Cancellation & Delivery Refusal Policy

  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery, any advance amount paid for Partial COD will not be refunded, as the product has already been custom-packed and shipped.

  • For prepaid orders, if delivery is refused or missed, we will reship the product after charging additional delivery fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery.
